Our hard working, friendly crew is led by Captain Joel Carradine.
Joel Carradine
Captain/Owner
Like many growing up in a small, rural, town in Pennsylvania Captain Joel developed a passion for the great outdoors at a young age camping, hunting, and fishing. It wasn't until the summer of 2001 that Captain Joel realized that his one true passion was being on the water after being introduced to Lake Erie by a dear friend, and great guy (Captain Bob) that has since passed. From that point on Captain Joel was hooked. Captain Joel is a fully USCG licensed, and insured member of the PA/Charter Boat/Guide Program..
Pete Strope
First Mate/Owner
Ever since his dad took him on his first “grown up” charter at the age of 10, Pete always dreamed of having his own boat and being a “captain” on famed Lake Erie. Dreams do come true. His passion is fishing, hunting, golfing, and skiing. In between reeling in fish, ask Pete about not only his favorite lure; but, also a stock tip as he is a highly decorated financial advisor in western Pennsylvania.
Ryan Lucas
First Mate
Ryan grew up on Lake Erie and was introduced to fishing when he was only 10 years old. Ryan and his dad spent hours together on countless charters. Ryan enjoyed it so much, he decided to make it a career. With 20+ years of experience, some from observation and a lot from his own trial and error, Ryan has a ton of knowledge that he uses to provide a pleasurable experience as well as lasting memories for others. Ryan is always aiming to make others smile.
Tyler Lyngarkos
First Mate
Growing up in the small town of North East, PA, Tyler at a young age would ride his bike to North East Marina and catch panfish and mostly bass. In the fall, he would once again ride his bike, but this time to the local 16 Mile Creek for steelhead. At the age of 16, his father bought a boat and for the last 14 years, he has fished Lake Erie for perch, walleye, steelhead and lake trout. He started tournament fishing in 2017 on Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. With fishing both lakes, Tyler has learned many fishing styles whether it be mono, leadcore, wire, copper and new for the 2021 season weighted steel line.
